Please note these products are non toxic and are for in vivo Research use in Laboratory animals. Administration route is through oral or tail vein injection. These gold nanoparticles are 1.8nm in diameter, with a 100Da PEG capping to promote bio cloaking and blood brain barrier (BBB) transport, but allow for oxidative interaction. Typical studies involve daily intake of 0.25mg product per 10kg body weight for 7-15 days. Consumption of this product will lead to the systemic absorption of gold nanoparticles, followed by their eventual excretion through the urinary tract. Upon consumption, the nanoparticles are absorbed into the bloodstream, circulate throughout the body, passing the BBB and are ultimately filtered by the kidneys. The renal system then facilitates the excretion of these nanoparticles in the urine, completing the elimination process. For Research Use Only.
